Startopia Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 12, 2026
This page explains, at a practical level, what information Startopia stores to deliver the product, the MCP integration surface, and the related security controls around external AI connections.
Information Startopia may process
How that information is used
Startopia uses stored project data to render your workspace, organize notes and tasks, power AI workflows you explicitly trigger, and expose project-scoped context to external AI tools that you connect.
External access tokens are used to authenticate MCP and related integration requests. Those tokens can be limited to a single project and to specific scopes such as read-only access or safe write previews.
Operational records such as token last-used timestamps and write preview history help with security, debugging, and connection management.

Your choices
You can deactivate or rotate external access tokens, remove integrations, and manage the project data stored in your workspace through the product interface.
If you need help with privacy or security questions about an integration, use the public support page so the request includes the exact client and connection path involved.
